Would you like to exchange a product?
We are happy to help you!
In principle, it works the same as when sending back a return (see below). The only difference is that you then simply order your new desired item. Processing your return can take up to seven days - however, we endeavor to process all returns as quickly as possible and therefore ask for a little patience. As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we will inform you by email.

Would you like to send something back to us?
Nothing is easier than that!
The following step-by-step instructions will show you what to do to return your items to us. Please only send us unworn, unwashed and original condition items. Please do not remove any labels, tags, holograms or seals.
Returns are free of charge for you within Germany. Once we have received and successfully checked your return, you will of course receive your money back!
1. Return label
There was already a return label in your package which you can use for the return shipment.
2. Filling out the return documents
Complete the enclosed return slip and place it in the package along with the items you wish to return.
3. Pack the return
Please pack the items as you received them and seal your package properly.
4. Handover to DHL
As a final step, you can conveniently drop off your package at a DHL branch or Packstation near you.
Important: Please keep the return receipt until we have confirmed your return. This is proof of your return and also contains the tracking number.
Individual product customizations:
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that products which have been individually designed by you cannot be returned.
This applies to refined products such as individual prints on your shoe or the conversion of FG to SG outsoles. The corresponding items cannot be exchanged or returned.
