- An FG [Firm Ground] outsole is specifically designed for use on firm, natural surfaces. This type of outsole is often used on football boots worn on grass pitches. The stud configuration and materials are designed to provide optimal grip and stability on dry, firm surfaces.
What is an SG [Soft Ground] outsole?
- An SG [Soft Ground] outsole is specially designed for soft, wet and
muddy ground. This outsole is characterized by its
long, often replaceable studs that penetrate deep into the ground to ensure maximum grip and stability.
What is an AG [Artificial Ground] outsole?
- An AG [Artificial Ground] outsole is specially designed for use on artificial turf pitches. This type of outsole is characterized
by a multitude of shorter and more densely arranged studs, which are specifically designed to distribute the load evenly and provide optimal grip on artificial surfaces.

Please note that we do not accept any guarantee or warranty claims for shoes that are older than two years. The age of the shoes can be determined from the date of manufacture, which is noted on the inner label for brands such as Nike. Every shoe leaves our warehouse free of material defects!

Even with unworn shoes that are older than two years,
Age-related material changes can occur. For example, the glue can become brittle as plasticizers evaporate over time. Likewise, the outsole can become brittle due to the loss of these
Plasticizer additives. We classify such models as collector's items, the use of which is at your own risk. Any guarantee or warranty claim for these collector's items is void.
To extend the service life, we recommend careful use and care and avoiding excessive stress. Misuse, such as using AG, FG or SG soles on hard courts, for example, is not permitted and is classified as deliberate and excessive stress. - Warranty for newer models:
For shoes younger than two years, we offer a possible
Warranty within six months of the date of purchase. If you have any problems during this period, please contact us via Instagram or email. To check a warranty claim, we need detailed images of the shoe in order to carry out a preliminary inspection. After the six months have expired and the integrated NFC tags have been removed, which we use to determine exactly whether the shoes are from our online shop, there is no
guarantee or warranty claim.
