The age of the shoes can be determined from the date of manufacture, which is noted on the inner label for brands such as Nike. Every shoe leaves our warehouse free of material defects!

• Note on older models: Even unworn shoes that are more than two years old can show age-related material changes. For example, the glue can become brittle as plasticizers evaporate over time. The outsole can also become brittle due to the loss of these plasticizer additives. We classify such models as collector's items, and use them at your own risk. Any guarantee or warranty claim is void for these collector's items. To extend the lifespan, we recommend careful use and care, and avoiding excessive use. Misuse, such as using AG, FG or SG soles on hard courts, for example, is not permitted and is classified as deliberate and excessive use.
• Warranty for newer models: For shoes that are less than two years old, we offer a possible warranty within six months of the date of purchase. If you have any problems during this period, please contact us via Instagram or email. In order to check a warranty claim, we need detailed images of the shoe in order to carry out a preliminary inspection.
